Ashley Thibodeau, NP

Ashley Thibodeau, DNP, CPNP-PC, is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Pediatric Neurology at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing. She provides comprehensive care in the outpatient pediatric neurology clinic and contributes to multidisciplinary programs, including neuromuscular clinics. Dr. Thibodeau brings diverse clinical experience from leading institutions, including Seattle Children’s, Corewell Health, and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, with expertise in epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, headache management, and mental health comorbidities in children. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Thibodeau is actively engaged in education and research. She teaches undergraduate nursing courses, mentors doctoral nursing students, and participates in interdisciplinary educational initiatives. Her scholarly work includes contributions to peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and national presentations, with a focus on improving care for children with complex neurological and chronic health conditions.
