Clinical Programs
The new Adolescent Addiction Recovery Center (AARC), created by UP in partnership with The Children's Foundation provides care to individuals struggling with substance use and their families. The AARC is an out-patient based program focused on individual and family psychotherapy and psychiatric services.
Education
There is opportunity for medical students, residents, and fellows to rotate in the clinic, yet this has not been fully discussed. Staff will continue with regular, formal continued education in the field of addiction and adolescent mental health.
Research / Scholarship
There are plans to incorporate observational research and publish on outcomes. Further collaboration could include RCTs if there is support.
