Regional Autism Clinic Manager


Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures provides direction and office management of 3 Autism Center locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Duties include

Oversees a wide range of tasks including program development, enrollment for evaluation and treatment, vendor procurement as needed, coordination with human resources for all staff hiring, payroll, complaint resolution, professional development process, evaluation and firing, vendor procurement as needed, maintaining multiple calendars, management of multiple insurance programs/contracts including Medicaid, problem solving logistical, environmental/facility/technological issues. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures to meet minimum life safety standards of JCAHO/OSHA and Michigan Childcare Licensing Regulations. Actively provide and participate in training. Manage the volunteer process from initial contact to supervision. Handle grievance and appeals. Oversee and supervise general compliance trainings.

Required Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Organizational skills. Medical billing experience a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office. Some basic mathematical calculations may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s required. Two to three years of administrative or office management experience required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervision of all staff.

Language Skills

Excellent Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Problem resolution skills required.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge and proficiency for Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
